Do you take walk-ins?+
We do when there is a chair free, but appointments come first — booking online takes about thirty seconds and means you will not be waiting.
How far ahead should I book a colour?+
A week is comfortable. Colour appointments run to ninety minutes and there are only so many in a day, so weekends fill first.
What if I need to cancel or move my appointment?+
Let us know and we will move it. A little notice means we can offer the slot to somebody else, which is all we ask.
Do I need a patch test before colouring?+
Yes, and it needs to be at least 48 hours before your appointment. It takes two minutes in the salon and it is not something we skip.
Can I book with a particular stylist?+
Ask when you book and we will put you with them if they are in that day. Most people who come back do exactly this.
